Q. What is Purscent® made of? |
A. Persons allergic to nickel have no need to worry. Purscent® Lockets are crafted in white base metal, and the chains and other findings are high quality brass components. The jewelry is plated in a high micron finish to achieve an elegant polished bright gold or silver finish. One of the two styles is then Crystallized™ with Swarovski® Crystals. |

Q. How long will the perfumed inserts last? |
|
A.The Fragrance Petals® come sealed for freshness and are blended to diffuse subtle, yet distinctive, aroma in close personal spaces. The fragrance is slowly released over time. Once opened, each perfumed insert maintains the most prominent strength of its fragrance for 6 to 8 weeks depending on its exposure to air. |

Q. How long will the absorbent pads last? |
|
A. We recommend that you apply at least 2 – 3 drops of essential oils or 3 sprays of perfume to the blank pads. Each pad can be re-used several times with the same fragrance, and therefore each pad can be used for quite some time. For active aromatherapy users, we recommend that you replace the pad at least every 4 weeks. Each purchase comes with a supply of 18 pads which can last as long as 3 years, depending on their frequency of use and the saturation of fragrance. |

Q. How did you come up with the idea for Purscent®? |
|
A. A few years ago, Tracey Baaset, the founder of Purscent®, accidentally broke a sample perfume vial inside of her purse. Although the free oils discolored the purse lining, she experienced a pleasing sensation each time she used that handbag. Whether she was looking for keys or dollars, and even when frantic and in a hurry, the diffusion of aroma coming from the purse had such a nice effect that was pleasant and calming. Ms. Baaset wanted to introduce the rest of the world to that effect, and designed Purscent® Fragrance Lockets. |

Q. How long will the scent last? |
|
A. Once opened and removed from the packaging, Fragrance Petals® will maintain their strength up to 3 or 4 months, depending on how often you turn on the heat or air conditioning. A residual amount of fragrance will actually be noticeable for a much longer time. |

Q. What are the car fresheners made of? |
|
A. Fragrance Petals® are made of fragranced polymer and contain our special blend of perfume. We use our proprietary scent, CĨNCHI, for the Fragrance Petals® because it is a favorite among our customer base, both male and female. |

Q. Can you apply logos to the label? |
|
A. Because of the label height (5/8 inch), many logos will not be visible enough when placed on the label. However, we welcome your individual submission for consideration. We will do everything in our means to accommodate your specific request. |

Q. Why isn’t the label an exact fit inside the label area? |
|
A.The Car Freshener will gradually shrink in size as the fragrance is released into your environment. The label is made slightly smaller to accommodate that shrinkage and still stay intact, to ensure maximum exposure of your business or personal message. The label will fit perfectly within the label area after only a few weeks of use and until the Car Freshener is discarded. |

Q. What is Gold-Overlay? |
|
A. Gold-overlay places a layer of real gold over base metal by using heat and pressure to permanently bond the gold to the jewelry. Gold overlay is similar to gold-filled and is a much more durable product than gold-plate or vermeil. Gold Overlay has a required gold minimum of 1/10th of the total weight of the metal article, where gold-filled must be at least 1/20th of the total weight. Both must use a layer of gold of at least 10 karats. But our Earrings and Bangles have a layer of 24kt Gold, which is the purest concentration of gold possible!
