RETURN POLICY
AROMACCESSORIES guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our goal is to provide good quality products and workmanship. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of your receipt for an exchange or a refund. All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging in new and unused condition. New shipping charges will apply for exchange orders. However, any Damaged Item returned for exchange will be replaced without additional shipping costs to you, our valued customer.

All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is obtained from us by a request made within 15 days of the delivery date. That RMA number must be posted clearly on the outside shipment package/box when returned. To obtain a RMA number, please call us at (404) 508-5971 or (877) 977-5973, Mon.-Fri., 9:30 am to 4:30pm (EST). Returns without a RMA number will not be valid or accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. RMA numbers are valid for only 10 business days after being issued. Returns that are received in excess of the 10 business days from the RMA issuance date will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made within 10 business days after issuance of a RMA will receive a full refund of your purchase.

All refunds will be for the purchase amount only; shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Since we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping, we recommend that your item be returned using a shipping method with tracking capabilities, such as USPS with Delivery Confirmation or UPS or FedEx Ground.

We are sorry, but Personalized Items, and Custom Orders are not returnable or exchangeable, unless we made an error on your Order. In the event of our error, please notify us immediately to receive a RMA number to return the item. We will fully correct any error made by us, and return new merchandise to you at our cost.

Close-out items (e.g. discontinued Aromatherapy Locket styles) are considered final sale and are therefore not returnable, exchangeable or refundable (except for damaged items).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to ship your Order within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your full payment. Custom Orders and Personalized Items may take 10 business days or more, depending on the size of the Order. If you have any special request, or need expedited shipping please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We use UPS for all Ground and 2-day delivery shipping requests.  All orders over $75.00 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING; orders requesting Free Shipping will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS with delivery confirmation at our sole discretion.  If you require 2 day delivery for an order exceeding $75.00, please select the 2-day delivery option upon checkout -- the appropriate fee will be added to your bill.  We are happy to provide UPS and USPS tracking numbers for your Order upon request.

We will never share any personal information about you with any other party. Any personal or purchase information you provide to Aromaccessories is protected by networks that are accessible only to our Customer Care Representatives.
